- All course fees paid to MeiYu Chinese Language Centre are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be adjusted to any other account or course under any circumstances.
2. Missed Classes and Refund Requests
- If a student misses classes and requests a batch change or refund, such requests will not be entertained. We encourage our students to attend all classes to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
3. Class Cancellation or Postponement
- In the event that a class is cancelled or postponed by MeiYu Chinese Language Centre before its start date due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., not meeting the minimum number of students—5 for online classes), we will inform affected students promptly. In such cases, we will process refunds within 5-7 working days.
