  • You must study at a registered Mandarin Language Center approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE).
  • Adhere to the admission regulations of the center, and send a photocopy of your admission letter to the Education Division, TECC in India, before June 30th for confirmation.
  • Commit to at least 15 hours of language courses each week in Taiwan, excluding cultural visits, speeches, and self-learning activities.
  • You cannot transfer to another Mandarin Language Center once you’ve applied to one.
  • Do not accept multiple scholarships; doing so will result in loss of placement in the program and the need to return funds received.
  • Be aware that the scholarship can be terminated or revoked by the Mandarin Language Center if your academic performance, moral character, or attendance record falls below their standards.
  • Recipients of scholarships lasting six months or longer must join the National Health Insurance Program, purchase student accident insurance, and any other relevant insurance.
