Overview
The Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) Chinese: 汉语水平考试; Pinyin: Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì , translated as the Chinese Standard Exam, is the standardised test of Chinese language proficiency for non-native speakers such as foreign students and overseas Chinese by the Government of China and is the only recognised international certificate for Mandarin Chinese.
HSK course in total currently has 6 levels, HSK level 1 being the beginners and HSK level 6 being the highest level. On average to secure a job in Mandarin Chinese in India or to reach a conversational level of ability in Mandarin Chinese for business minimum HSK level 3 certificate is required.
Our HSK 1 is a beginners course designed for complete beginners. The emphasis is on correct pronunciations, accurate tones and mastery of basic grammatical structures and patterns.
HSK 1 Course Details
- Course Requirements: Anyone with basic English skills can take the course.
- Tools Required: You need a laptop/ tab /computer/ smartphone and a good internet connection.
- Minimum Age Limit: 14 Years
- Course Duration: 1.5 Months
- Classes per week: 2 Classes (2 Hours Each) Total 24 Hours
- Mode of Classes: Online Video Conferencing (Live Interactive Classes through Zoom), Class-based (In-person)

On successful completion of this course, the students should be able to
- Be able to pass the official HSK 1 online exam.
- Master pinyin and the Mandarin phonetic system
- Develop a speaking vocabulary of 200 of the most commonly used words.
- Be able to write 150 Chinese language characters
- Exchange everyday greetings
- Ask and respond to simple questions including dates, age, nationality, locations, weather.
- Develop knowledge of 50 basic grammar points.
- Understand simple Chinese etiquette and customs
