HSK 2.2 Course: Elementary Level Chinese

The Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) is the international Chinese language proficiency test for non-native speakers. The HSK 2.2 course is the second half of the HSK Level 2 curriculum, designed to complete your journey through elementary Mandarin. This course focuses on deepening your understanding of sentence structures, expanding vocabulary, and refining listening and speaking skills. By the end of the course, students will be ready to take the HSK Level 2 exam.

Completing HSK Level 2 enables simple, effective communication in Mandarin. To pursue advanced goals, such as studying in China or working with Mandarin-speaking teams, HSK Level 4 is recommended.

What You’ll Learn From This Course

Upon completing the HSK 2.2 Course, students will:

• Acquire 100 additional Mandarin words, completing the 300-word vocabulary requirement for HSK 2.
• Learn to write 100 more Chinese characters, solidifying a total of 300 characters for HSK 2.

Note: HSK 2.2 completes the second half of the HSK Level 2 curriculum. After completing HSK 2.2, students will be fully prepared to take the HSK Level 2 exam.
